Cléry is a sustainable skincare startup concept created by UVA students, focused on transforming discarded grape byproducts from local wineries into clean, antioxidant-rich skincare. Rooted in French tradition and inspired by garden-to-skin simplicity, the brand blends natural ingredients with minimalist design and a mission to reduce waste in the beauty industry.

My Role

As the Marketing Specialist of the brand, I:

  • Led brand development and visual identity creation

  • Designed product mockups and created physical go-to-market product ( both formula & packaging)

  • Crafted the brand’s tone of voice and marketing messaging

  • Conducted market research and consumer surveys to guide product direction and aesthetic decisions
